Talk to the people who build it

LedgerMCP is a small team, and email reaches all of us. Send a message below, or write to us directly.

Send us a message

Goes straight to the team at support@ledgermcp.com; we reply to your email within one business day.

Route your message

Product support

Stuck, confused, or something looks wrong in your books? Email support@ledgermcp.com with the book name and what you expected to happen. Screenshots help. If an agent action caused it, mention roughly when, and we can read the audit log with you.

Billing

Plan changes, receipts, refunds, or a bank feed that stopped flowing: email us with “Billing” in the subject. Remember most plan changes need no email at all: Settings → Billing handles upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation, and your books stay free forever either way.

Security reports

Found a vulnerability? Email support@ledgermcp.com with “Security” in the subject and we will prioritize it over everything else. Please report privately first; details and scope are in the responsible disclosure policy.

Partnerships & press

Building an agent, a directory, or an integration on top of the MCP server, or writing about agent-native accounting? We answer those personally: say hello. The tool reference and llms.txt are public if you want to start building today.

Common questions

How fast do you respond?

Within one business day for almost everything, and faster for security reports.

Is there phone or chat support?

Not yet. Email keeps us fast and keeps the software free. Include a screenshot or the book name and we can usually resolve things in one round trip.

I found a security issue. Where do I report it?

Email support@ledgermcp.com with “security” in the subject line, and please report privately before posting details anywhere public. Scope and what to expect are in the responsible disclosure policy.

Can my AI agent contact you for me?

In a way, yes: signed-in users have a feedback button inside the app, and agents connected over MCP can read the docs and llms.txt to self-serve most questions. For anything else, a plain email from you works best.

Or just try it, no email needed

Most questions answer themselves once your agent is connected.
